Program Dates: March 16 - 20, 2026

Program Times: 7am – 5:30pm

A minimum of 15 registered children per day is needed for a program location to operate. To provide families with ample time for continency planning, program cancellations due to low enrollment will be decided on March 2, 2026. Locations with an average daily enrollment of less than 10 children by this date will be cancelled. If a program is cancelled due to low enrollment, families will receive a full refund or may opt to transfer to another location, provided space is available.

Space is limited. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once a location reaches its maximum capacity, a waiting list will be made available in place of online registration.

Maui Intersession Day Camps: “Camp Kama‘aina Kids”

When school is out of session children in grades K-6th can enjoy seasonal programs full of fun and enrichment. Camp Kama‘aina Kids bring unforgettable experiences to sites across O‘ahu, Maui, and Hawai‘i Island. Our day camps are all about exploring, creating, and discovering, through hands-on, high-energy fun. Whether your child is building something new, trying something for the first time, or just laughing with friends, every week is packed with activities designed to spark curiosity and joy. Expect a new adventure each day, with on-site and off-site experiences that help kids connect, grow, and thrive — all in a safe, welcoming environment.

Kama‘aina Kids School Age programs are all about building essential, real-world skills—such as communication, creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking—while having a seriously good time. Our staff knows how to turn everyday moments into something magical. If your child is ready to make new friends, learn new things, and have a great time, we’ve got just the place.

Program Eligibility

Our intersession programs are designed for Elementary School-Aged children. To participate a child must:

1. Be currently enrolled in grades K-6, and 2. Have the ability to function safely within our 15:1 student to staff ratio and keep up with the group through the various program-related activities.
