Program Dates: December 21 – 31, 2026 (Closed on Dec. 24 and 25)

Program closes at 3pm on Dec. 31.

Program Times: 7am – 5:30pm

Space is limited. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once a location reaches its maximum capacity, a waiting list will be made available in place of online registration.

A minimum of 15 registered children per day is needed for a program location to operate. To provide families with ample time for continency planning, program cancellations due to low enrollment will be decided on December 7, 2026. Locations with an average daily enrollment of less than 10 children by this date will be cancelled. If a program is cancelled due to low enrollment, families will receive a full refund or may opt to transfer to another location, provided space is available.

This Winter Intersession, Camp Kama‘aina Kids presents The Aloha Network: Interconnected Communities. Rooted in the rich and diverse cultural values of Hawaii, The Aloha Network teaches keiki that our communities are an interconnected web, where everyone relies on one another (lōkahi) and shares a responsibility to care for the land (mālama i ka ʻāina). Through a variety of on-site activities, service projects, and fun excursions, campers will experience the joy of belonging to a community!

Camp Kama‘aina Kids brings unforgettable experiences to sites across O‘ahu, Maui, and Hawai‘i Island. Our day camps are all about exploring, creating, and discovering the uniqueness of Hawai‘i, through hands-on, high-energy fun. Whether your child is building something new, trying something for the first time, or just laughing with friends, every day is packed with activities designed to spark curiosity and joy. Expect a new adventure each day, while building essential, real-world skills—such as communication, creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking—and having a seriously good time.

Program Eligibility

Our intersession programs are designed for Elementary School-Aged children. To participate a child must:

1. Be currently enrolled in grades K-6, and 2. Have the ability to function safely within our 15:1 student to staff ratio and keep up with the group through the various program-related activities.
